Availability and Office Hours and Telephone response systems Our emergency phone number is the same as our regular office number. (727/573-7847 or 800/886-9222 toll free) But after hours press 55 to activate the emergency system. Leave your area code and phone number, and nature of your emergency. The on call pharmacist will return your call.

Infuserve America is open from 9 AM to 5 PM but our staff is available 24 hours a day. We do not use an answering service after hours because answering services can inhibit rapid response. Our electronic response system insures patient’s needs are answered immediately. After hours response takes an average 5 to 10 minutes, but many times response is in as little as 2 minutes.Staff have cell phones and beepers, however our emergency response system has back up safety programs built in to insure consistent rapid response. Calls do not go unanswered for hours at a time, but are answered when placed. In many instances, our emergency calls are answered before our competitor’s routine calls are answered.

Emergency phone numbers are provided each patient when medication is received. All pharmacists are available as well as our support staff. When couriers deliver medication they report the success of that delivery each time a delivery is made.

Long range deliveries are made by Fed Ex, UPS or other public conveyance. Packages are tracked with the Fed Ex tracking system to insure medication is properly delivered.
